Been a regular for some months now, and most people in the shop are pretty nice! I went in today to buy my THCA rolls as usual, with the same payment method as I always use, and I was told I couldn’t use the card because it didn’t have my name on it. I’ve been using this card and giving my ID for months with no problem, suddenly it changed. I’ve spent hundreds of $$ in here, but not anymore. Just disappointing

I love this place, they have a wide range of different things. I'll have to take pictures next time I go, however I do not like the fact that they jack up the prices on bongs just because they are the only smoke shop around. Also they somehow sold me a bong that they didn't sell replacement bowls for. Very strange but whatever it happens to the best of us. I like getting the little single delta 8 flavored cigarettes, they are just so smooth and hit nicely.

Emily with the pink hair is incredible. I love Zebra Head so much. Born and raised in Denton, TX, and the zebra head has been my head shop since day one, and it will always be my head shop. The help is always attentive, knowledgeable, and polite. The prices are killer. The selection is unmatched. This place is utter perfection.

DO NOT buy anything “rechargeable” from here! I bought a disposable vape and delta 8 pen from here that are both supposed to be rechargeable, but neither of them charge. I tried two different chargers, one of which I have used for every disposable vape I’ve ever bought, and one that I am currently using to charge my laptop, so I know for certain that both chargers are in working condition but they don’t charge anything from Zebra Head.

I Have Aspgergers and struggle in some social situations, but I'm always comfortable at this shop, the employees are genuinely nice and helpful. the employees here will help you make a decision if you want but you are never pressured for a "sale", I've even been saved from a dead battery as they were considerate enough to remind me to test the product before leaving. good music always plays +
